Using the latest winemaking technology our winemakers delicately process the fruit to retain each varietal’s distinguishing characteristics, to produce wines for your enjoyment.
Along with their vast winemaking experience, each of our winemakers also bring their own unique expertise to the team.
Candy’s our “barrel girl”. All jokes aside, she manages a very strict barrel regime. Each parcel is treated individually, ensuring maximum oak integration delivering elegant, refined wines, with just a touch of finesse.
If Candy’s our “barrel girl”, then Jono’s our “tech-head” He’s the guy who operates all the whiz bang computers, making sure we get the most out of our equipment and monitoring the quality of our wines at all times. It’s all about efficiency and quality assurance for Jono.
Mark’s the boss, enough said.
No really, Mark’s many years of experience working on some of Australia’s largest and well known wine brands means he knows how to produce great wines that consumers will love drinking. while keeping them as inexpensive as possible - it’s a delicate balancing act.
